What does the ZIP file contain?+
The ZIP file contains the PDFs for each company, organized in folders as per the categories filed on the MCA website. To ensure that each file name is unique, it is prefixed with the document ID.
Can I get documents of LLP, private and public companies?+
Yes, you can access documents of Indian LLPs, OPCs, private and public companies. A company does not need to be listed to access its financials, provided it has submitted them to MCA.
How much time does it take to download one company?+
Download time depends on the number and size of files, availability of MCA servers, and your internet speed. A fixed download time cannot be guaranteed.
How long will the company be available on my dashboard?+
You can download the company documents until the expiry of 7 days from the date of order. You also have the option to update at no cost within 7 days if there are new filings.
Can I ask for an update in my download?+
You can update your downloaded list of files up to 7 days from the date of order. It will be updated if the company has uploaded new files.
Do you store my MCA username and password?+
We never ask for your MCA user ID and password.
What happens if the MCA website is down?+
We facilitate downloading public records available on the MCA website; we are not a reseller of public records. In case of connectivity issues, we try our best to download the documents as soon as possible.
